Hello, my name is Toni Intenzo and I’m excited to be working with the amazing teachers and staff here at Concordia Christian! I have had the pleasure of teaching preschool for the past 20 years in the Granada Hills area. I worked full time teaching, coordinating after school programs, as well as teaching PK and directing, working side-by-side with the PS Administrator. In addition to teaching, I have the privilege of coaching preschool and elementary cheerleading for over 12 years. Being a positive role model and mentor has been a huge part of my teaching career.
I started my Early Childhood Education courses at College of the Canyons in Valencia California, and have furthered my education with online classes through UCLA extension. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Human Development specializing in Early Childhood Education at Pacific Oaks College in Pasadena, CA.
When I’m not in the classroom, I enjoy camping, riding dirt bikes, shopping, and spending time with my wonderful family and friends. Most of all, I love taking walks with my amazing husband and super cute fur babies!
I love dancing, singing, and having fun while learning in my classroom, and I’m looking forward to a great year! I am so fortunate to be able to share the love of God with the children in my care. It’s the warm smiles, big hugs, and love for learning that make me feel blessed each and every day to be able to work with young children!
