I’m excited to join the Concordia Christian family this year! I grew up in the San Fernando Valley and attended Westmont College in Santa Barbara for my undergraduate degrees. I majored in History and Spanish, and thoroughly enjoyed my semester abroad in Sevilla, Spain. After graduating from Westmont, I entered CSUN to begin my preliminary teaching credential. I earned my Multiple Subject Teaching Credential with a bilingual authorization in Spanish. I also have my Single Subject Credential in Spanish. Once I finished my work at CSUN, I began working at a public dual-immersion school in Canoga Park. I taught 4th grade there for four years and am looking forward to continuing my work with 4th graders here at Concordia. The Lord has blessed us with the ability to learn about His world, and I hope to inspire my students to trust Him each and every day as they grow as individuals.
